I love the look of this lamp. It has a super minimal aesthetic with clean angles and a slim profile that makes it feel like a modern sculpture more than a desk lamp. And when you’re not using it, it folds away so seamlessly. It’s one of those things you just want to fidget with, pulling it out and tucking it back in.
Subtle Features That Just Make Sense
It comes with both a USB-A and a USB-C charger built in, which is a simple but very appreciated touch. Having both options means you can quickly top off your phone, earbuds, or any other device without digging under your desk or reaching for a separate charger.
You’ve got a physical button for toggling power, and then a really smooth brightness knob that lets you adjust the light to just the right level. There’s something so satisfying about having tactile controls like that. It’s far better than some of the overly complicated touch-sensitive ones out there.
Perfect Desk Companion
Out of the three Honeywell lights I’ve been testing, this might actually be my favorite. It just looks great. It’s low-profile, doesn’t clutter your space, and yet it’s incredibly useful.
One thing I’ve really come to appreciate is how versatile it is during Zoom meetings. I keep it off to the side of my main work desk, and when I need a little extra light on my face, I just swing it toward me. It’s not harsh. It gives off a soft, natural glow that’s perfect for video calls. No overexposed forehead, no awkward shadows. Just a clean, professional look.
Then when the meeting’s over, I swivel it back, dial it down, and keep working.
